1. Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final. We're sorry but we don't allow returns or exchanges because we want to make sure that we send our customers (including you) only brand new items. Once an order is shipped and received by a customer, the items are considered used already.
However, in the rare event that we send you the wrong item or a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us within 3 days via IG or email (1201fits@gmail.com), and we'll do our best to fix the issue right away. Please ensure that items remain unused and unwashed and still have their original packaging.
2. What are my payment options?
We accept payments via the following channels:

Payment QR codes can be found on our IG Highlights.
After the deposit has been made, kindly reply to our order confirmation email and send us your proof of payment. We'll process and ship out your order once we validate your payment.
Please note that we will cancel orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours.
3. How long will shipping take?
Please allow 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-10 days for provincial for us to process and deliver your order. We're a passionate two-woman team, so we truly appreciate your patience!
4. Can I get my order on the same day?
Unfortunately, we don't offer same day shipping yet, but once we do, we'll announce it on IG.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't ship outside of the Philippines yet, but we're working on it! Once we offer international shipping, we'll announce it on IG.
